Overview

The Longevity Stack takes the full suite of hormesis modalities — exercise, heat, cold, breathwork, and nutritional support — and arranges them into a coherent long-term protocol. Rather than a single session, this is an ongoing programme designed to accumulate adaptive benefit over months and years.

The scientific rationale is straightforward: mitochondrial function declines with age, but it responds to hormetic stress. Regular cold exposure supports vascular health. Regular heat exposure upregulates heat shock proteins. Exercise — particularly a combination of strength work and Zone 2 cardio — is the most powerful longevity intervention we have. Breathwork supports nervous system resilience. When these are integrated and progressed intelligently, the compound effect is significant.

NAD+ and other cellular support interventions can be incorporated via IV where clinically appropriate, supporting mitochondrial function and cellular energy production as part of the broader stack.

What to Expect in Clinic

The programme begins with a comprehensive health and lifestyle assessment. Your practitioner will review your current exercise habits, recovery quality, sleep, and relevant health markers before designing an initial stack. Sessions are then arranged on a regular schedule — typically a combination of cold and heat visits, breathwork sessions, and periodic IV support. You will have a programme review at regular intervals to assess your adaptation, adjust intensity, and refine the protocol based on what your body is showing.
